Thank you for posting this model! I chose an online graduate program due to my undergrad experience. I learn better when I am online because of the factor of self-discipline.
I love the self-discipline factor as well. Some people will argue that reason alone is exactly why they cannot take an online course. They feel it would be impossible to stay on track. Yet I think it is a beneficial skill to learn for the workplace. You are not always going to have someone nagging you to get your work done and self-motivation is key.
